Looks like they are trying airbnb to rent this place as no reputable hotel site will deal with them. The data relating to real estate on this web site comes in part from the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) Program Fortunately, airbnb was professional and followed up after this disaster. The key is on my wall as a reminder to read reviews before booking hotels. Got a good laugh from her website stating that "people will recommend this place to their friends". So, the hotel is simply horrible and the Host is far from professional. Luckily we found a room at a better hotel even closer to our destination. ![]() We're staying here! Not an agreement to them. "Sorry we are cancelling your reservation." WHAT? Isn't that an agreement? We give you money and sign the paperwork and you give us the key. Perfect! We saw it, paid for it, signed the papers in their equally disorganized office, and left with the key. Host gave us the same excuses that she gave to the unfortunate guest in 2014, "This is the Catskills" SO? The host then offered their new cabin at the same rate. As stated elsewhere, rotted, sagging, sloped floor, mildew odor, very old, unplugged appliances, unusable deck. Upon arrival, the host sensed that we would not like the room before we even saw it. The place looks abandoned from the road tall weeds, lots of old mowers and lawn clutter. We simply wanted a room to stay in overnight for Mtn Jam.
